An Introduction to Tabernacle Prayer

Tabernacle Prayer is a ‘form’ of prayer first received by Pastor Yongghi Cho of Korea, the Pastor of one of the world’s largest and most successful churches. He was asked by his people how to pray. They complained that they were running out of steam after only 20 or 30 minutes. Their heart was to pray, but the knowledge of ‘how-to’ was just not forthcoming. Pastor Cho sought God on this point with all his heart and it was during a ministry engagement, actually as he was preaching, that God instantly down-loaded these keys into his mind and spirit.

What I present on this website are some of the main ideas behind ‘Tabernacle Prayer’. It is important to understand however, that they are just pointers, not a formula. Everyone who comes to God in this way will enjoy the benefits of being led particularly and personally through each stage by the Holy Spirit Himself. I have found that each time I come, new revelation and fresh understanding pour into my spirit. Truly, this is fellowship with the Father and with His Son, Jesus Christ (1 John 1:3). Please do not make the mistake of being bound to a form, let God’s power and life fill each step.
